She has spent more than a decade in the tech sector, recently launching Quill Inc. – a company providing the world’s first marketplace connecting podcasters with expert freelancers.  She’s led Business Development at Eighty-Eight, a tech creative communications agency, and at retail company Rent frock Repeat. She started with RfR in 2014 and within 12 months her efforts resulted in a 400% increase in revenue, a 110% increase in website visits and a 130% increase in member conversion. She also developed partnerships with over 250 organizations including Delta Hotels, Women’s Executive Network, Alzheimer’s Society and Tourism Toronto.

Fatima is a commentator for Global News and BNN and also contributes to The Globe and Mail, Huffington Post, Financial Post and BetaKit.
