The Flexible Class move through stages: explorer, living across two or three cities, and establisher, settling in one jurisdiction and leaving another. Each shift is a chance to meet them with a product that fits where they are now, and to earn their loyalty for life.
Travel and hospitality: segment these travellers beyond “tourist”.
Banking and wealth management: build products for lives that span several jurisdictions.
Government and employers: rethink how you attract talent, keep it, and protect your tax base.
