Kim Katrin | Co-Founder of The People Project & Activist for Justice and Inclusion

A passionate speaker, Kim is dedicated to inclusivity and invested in arousing a sense of curiosity and empathy in her audience. Kim’s presentations are anchored in a modern version of The Golden Rule. Rather than assuming the way you want to be treated is the standard for all, Kim encourages audiences to treat people the way they want to be treated, which means we have to ask and listen.  Using her own lived experience as a queer black woman, and pulling from her research and current events, Kim gives a solid foundation for understanding the experiences of others & acting in allyship. | view profile

Kristen Worley | Diversity Policy Development Adviser & Former High-Performance Cyclist

Kristen Worley is a former world-class cyclist and now an international inclusivity and diversity advisor. She is the first athlete to legally challenge the gender policies of the International Olympic Committee and related international sports bodies, which she successfully argued were designed to discriminate against trans & female athletes. As a result of her multiyear efforts, in 2017, the parties including the International Olympic Committee agreed “to promote inclusive sporting environments” in international sport. Her presentations provoke more than thought and discussion, they provide real frameworks to implement change to support building diverse and inclusive workplaces. | view profile
