Speaker Biography

Paul is a business executive, corporate lawyer, author, project manager, and international public speaker with over 30 years of experience in senior roles in government and industry. Paul’s vision is to create workplaces and relationships centered on respect, inclusion and trust.

Paul previously served as the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion at the Attorney General Of BC – Legal Services Branch, and is a member of the Métis Nation of BC and the LGBTQ+ community.

Through his provocative, insightful, and entertaining keynotes and workshops, Paul uses his skills and experiences as a corporate lawyer, manager, and business leader in his work to help organizations navigate organizational success. He is also the author of two books, including The Workplace Bullying Handbook.

Paul’s former clients include Intel, AT&T, American Airlines, Georgia Main Food Group, Hollyburn Properties, Cora, universities, law firms, Project Management Institute (PMI) chapters, and numerous dental organizations and professional associations. He has presented at conferences all over the world including Dubai, Switzerland, Italy, England, and throughout the United States and Canada.
