Nova Nicole currently serves as Director of People & Culture at BaAM Productions, part of the Executive Leadership Team for a company that creates live event experiences in unique settings.

Her approach to managing stress and maintaining psychological safety has been instrumental in BaAM Productions being recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies in Live Events and Experiences, earning this distinction partly due to having an in-house coach who helps high performers deliver consistently impressive work.

Nova’s role becomes critical as teams face extreme pressure delivering complex, high-visibility projects.

In these high-pressure, high-visibility conditions with 100+ hour work weeks, Nova provides ongoing coaching, facilitation, and internal training to ensure peak performance without burnout. BaAM’s Fast Company recognition specifically highlighted Nova’s unique role as one of the coaches within the organization.
