🌸 Earth Month! The Sustainable Events Forum, Natalie Lowe, CMM, CRL and the TSEF team, held an informative virtual show to highlight innovations and best practices for sustainable event design.
I also learned a new word at the session which actually had its origins in the 1500s and has been considered obsolete… but perhaps it’s time to reconsider: ‘respair‘ – meaning fresh hope, to recover from despair. For those feeling frustration, there’s hope in continuing the conversations and making changes along the way.
🗝 For our part of the industry, local speakers at your events and water glasses vs water bottles on stage, are two environmentally considerate options.
