Remembering Knowlton Nash Some sad news for Canadians over the weekend as we saw the passing of former National Speakers Bureau Exclusive Speaker Knowlton Nash. He was best known as the voice of The National on CBC for a decade. Aboriginal Awareness Week Aboriginal Awareness Week (AAW) was first introduced in Canada in 1992 and has been held annually on the four days after Victoria Day.
